Six miles southeast of St. James on Highway 8. Both areas are inside Maramec Spring Park.

Highlights

Operated by the James Foundation, this is one of four trout parks in the state. The area is predominantly forest. Facilities/features: improved camping, primitive camping, hatchery, picnic areas/pavilions, fishing jetties, viewing decks, Maramec Spring, and two permanent streams (Maramec Spring Branch, Meramec (sic) River). The park also features museums, volleyball and tennis courts, and a restaurant.
